  • One of our representatives will come in to install the machine, and the process is quick and entirely managed by us. Your business operations won’t be affected, and any future maintenance is fully taken care of by our team.

  • Once installed, your customers can start interacting with the machine immediately. Thanks to our smart sensors, we monitor the fragrance levels and machine performance remotely. We’ll come in to restock and perform any necessary maintenance, so you can focus on your business while earning effortlessly.

  • Our fragrance machine is built with a footprint of 22in x 12in. Height can be adjusted to accomodate the enviroment. Custom builds are also possible for franchises.

  • Not at all! The AromaTap business model is built on revenue sharing, which means hosting the machine is completely free for you. It’s designed to generate income while enhancing your customers’ experience.

  • Your earnings will begin as soon as the machine is installed and operational. The revenue share will be calculated based on the sales generated, with a transparent breakdown provided regularly. This allows you to easily track your earnings and see the benefits in real-time.

    Payouts are conducted on a monthly basis.

  • The 20% revenue share rate is locked in for as long as the machine remains in service at your business. The pilot program is designed to encourage more businesses to join us during our launch phase, ensuring you benefit from this competitive rate throughout your partnership.

  • Customers typically pay $3–$5 per vial, depending on the fragrance. Each vial is a premium, take-home format filled with authentic designer scents. Pricing is fully adjustable remotely, letting us set different rates per fragrance to optimize margins. We can also run flash sales or happy hour pricing during select hours to boost engagement and clear inventory.

  • To get started, you only need a space with high foot traffic and access to a single electrical outlet. There’s no need for additional Wi-Fi, as we handle everything else, ensuring a simple and convenient setup!
